Champions and Europa Leagues 2012 – Registrations request

Dear Sirs/Madams,
 
The Champions and Europa Leagues will take place in Athens, on the 27th and 28th of October 2012.
The registrations period is opened now.
 
For the purpose of sending their clubs to the competition, National Associations must complete the Form F12 – FISTF Champions League and Europa League Submission Form, in attachmentn, and send it to FISTF not after the 31st of August 2012 to both of the following email addresses:
FISTF Sport Director – Mr. Antonello Rodriquez – sports@fistf.com
Competition Organizer – Mr. Leonidas Koutroumanos – koutroul@hotmail.com
 
Please consult the “FISTF Champions and Europa Leagues 2012 – Specific Regulations” in attachment for all requirements and guidelines.
