On december 17, Wales was back in action with 15 players competing in the Cardiff Satellite. Chris Thomas was the Open winner. he defeated Phil Dacey in the final (3-1). Adrian Davies and Rudi Peterschinigg made it to the semis. Italy’s Giulio Astengo was the veterans winner after beating Darren Barnes in the final.
