ECSTFA was born in 2022.
Since this year, ECSTFA has taken the leadership of European competitions historicaly managed by FISTF.
Champions League and Europa League continue under the aegis of the ECSTFA.

Historically the World Cup was annual. It was decided to conduct it every two years. This is how in Europe the ECSTFA was created in particular to set up a European Championship in the image and alternately of the World Cup.
