CONFEDERATION OF ASIAN SPORTS TABLE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATIONS (CASTFA)
Under the authority of FISTF, the Confederation of Asian Sport Table Football Associations (CASTFA) hosts a continental championship with individual, club team and national team categories. CASTFA was founded in Tokyo on 11 June 2017 by NOSK (Japan), TFAS (Singapore) and ATFA (Australia), with the full support of the Federation of International Sports Table Football (FISTF). At the meeting in Tokyo, in conjunction with the 3rd Asian Cup of Table Football, it was decided the position of President of CASTFA would rotate through all member federations.
Japan’s Mr. Kenzo Koi was named inaugural position for the first two-year period. The target will be to develop the sport across the Asian region, including helping form associations in other countries and to develop the Asian Cup of Sports Table Football into an even more important event in the region.
After the 2019 edition, the Asian Cup will be held every two years. The next edition will be held in Japan in 2021.
