Homologation will be extracted from Sports department and an Independent Executive Commission will be created & report directly to Board of Directors.

Homologation for the products shall become an Independent Executive Commission. The existing system is not efficient. It takes to long and companies shall be able to manufacture products and distribute them. FISTF shall call persons interested and create a proper independent Executive Commission. The Commission will consist of minimum 3 technical knowledgable persons. Existing technical rules shall be used and/or revised (overworked) and corrected, precisely texted and described

  1. All technical data. Homologation certificates. Adding to new database.
  2. Seriousity must be re-installed from FISTF in this HIGH important subject.
  3. Companies to manufacture proper sports material.
  4. Companies to trade.
    1. Legal companies only. VAT tax numbers. Company registered.
    2. Non registered companies. Non-legal sales – Steve should give suggestion.
      No permission for sales –  forbidden in FISTF events.
    3. Old historical material will stay playable in all FISTF events. Newfooty/Subbuteo.
    4. Innovations to be presented by manufacturing companies. etc….
  5. Steve Dettre has a solution / proposal document.
  6. Horst Deimel will propose a solution / proposal document.

It was agreed that a commission be created to examine the issue of equipment.

Issues discussed:

Which companies could be approved – what would be their standing?
How can we encourage smaller manufactiurers as well.
Definition of equipment.

We need to look at the licensing aspect for revenue, with companies to be partners of FISTF. Agreed the commission should be part of FISTF and under authority of the BoD.

An independant Executive committee will be established with minimum 3 persons. The FISTF H-IEC will report directly to the FISTF Board.
Conflict of interest shall be avoided.

  • J7.1 – Agree independent homologation committee
  • J7.2 – Abstention
  • J7.3 – Reject independent homologation committee
