2021-03#01 – Voting for final version of new statutes

Preamble

Vote for new Statutes/Constitution 2021

A first vote on new statutes has been made during FISTF Congress 2020.

The statutes were accepted as a whole except the “Article 12.1.7 Conflict of Interest”

Since this vote, the new statutes were corrected with folowwing modifications :

• Article 12.1.7 deletion
• Change of the headquaters:
  • considering there is no one left in Amiens – FRANCE, old headquaters’ location, the FISTF Board proposes to locate the headquaters in Puylaurens – FRANCE. The new headquaters address will be : 
    MJC Puylaurens
    Maison des Associations
    Rue Guillaume Lavabre
    81700 Puylaurens, FRANCE

The Vote will be done according to existing Statutes 2013 simple majority and the FISTF F-IVP  (Internet voting poll installed in Dec. 2017).

If a simple majority (50,01%) is not reached, then the FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2021 edition are rejected (not carried).

Those MNAs voted against, must reveal there concerns and suggest a proposal text in written.

If a 50,01% majority is reached, then the FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2021 are confirmed (carried).

All Board postions (old, co-opted and new ones) have now their legal installment confirmed.
The FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2021 are immediately and effectively installed.
All further resolutions and decisions (voting) will be validated according to the confirmed FISTF Statutes 2021.
These Statutes will be registered in France with authorities as soon as possible.
FISTF will then proceed according to the new Statutes/Constitution 2021.
