Administrative Sanctions:
(f) Administrative Sanctions for MNAs
- (i) If an MNA has not updated its Form F20 registration before the indicated deadline (31st January) its clubs and individual players will be prohibited from taking part in FISTF tournaments until this is in order.
- (ii) If an MNA has not updated its Form F20 registration before the indicated deadline, then all international events in the country will be cancelled.
Proposed to remove:
- (iii) FISTF may apply a penalty of 100 ranking points for the MNA in the nations ranking for a delay in submitting or failure to submit Form F20.

The approach is to encourage MNAs to comply rather than harsh penalties.
