Changes to text 2.3.7 Rules for Free Agents (“unattached” players)
Edit: Remove the relevant text:
(e) A non-ranked inactive or a new player who has never played in any individual or team competition) /free agent player can join a club at any time during the Sports Season.
(g) A Free Agent registered longer than 13 months (1 year plus 1 month) may join any club at any time, not just during the transfer period.

This is a proposed change to simplify the regulation.
