Preamble

Removal of Sections 2.10.4 International Opens (b) (ii):

(ii)       AN MNA of FISTF with more than 200 licenced players in the country (Paid members) is entitled to three (3) International Opens per season.

Discussion: Angelinas spoke to this resolution. It was proposed that this could be abused and hard to regulate.
Naszalyi (FRA) also stated that it would create a fairer world ranking, because the more tournaments in a country the more it is weighted towards that country’s players getting more WR points.

As per the FISTF Statutes, a 66.67 pct majority vote is needed to carry this resolution.
Abstention is not a cast vote (it was voted but will not be considered in the final results).
