- Highly meticulous with a keen eye for detail. YES INDEED
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills I WOULD SAY GOOD ENOUGH

- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously I PREFER A TEAM EFFORD, BUT AUTONOMUSLY WORKS FOR ME
A FEW WORDS
Two years ago, I was honoured to be appointed and elected as Fistf sports director. After two yrs of hard work, I can honestly say that sports department is working clearly better than before. Of course, it was not only because of me. Great help from many other people such as S.Scheen and R. Truillard was a key factor in this. Also, it was a common effort with all the members of the Fistf Board.
And that leads me to my next asset. A perfect relationship with whole the board.
What happened in those two yrs?
Prepare various official documents such as Handbook, Tournament organisation Handbook and world cup handbook – as part of the entire BoD-.
Create and monitor a season calendar and establish a crystal-clear selection system of dates on the matter. We manage to avoid most of the conflicts (dates issues) and thing are running smoothly.
Create a regulation committee to monitor and refresh- change or explain the playing rules of the game.
Interfere where needed to advice or solve problems of players, clubs or nations. Several resolutions were proposed and voted in favour.
Work alongside with the newly formed European association wherever needed.
Change and followed the new transfer system, to a more simple and sufficient system. This season everything runs smoothly.
Keep a low profile, without too much speaking or shouting. The good work doesn’t need to be loudly.
Give the physical presence in multiple tournaments across Europe, and that’s something that is good for the Fistf image.
What is the plan for the coming yrs -if re-elected?
Continue the driving the same road. One step at a time, open ears and eyes. Any idea is worthy to speak about it. Perfect cooperation with the rest of the board, and with all the table football community. Open mind and ready to accept any help or suggestion even if it is against my original idea in any issue.
Everything is under continual monitoring. More proposals will follow, and I am pretty sure that each season will be better than the one before.
And my style will remain the same. Leader of a team in sports department and part of a team in BoD.
Important priorities for the next term should be the equipment control. Many new materials have arrived, and we need to be careful give attention to protect the small clubs and nations and try to “limited” the creation and expansion of the “super” clubs
So, I hope for your trust, support and vote.
