FISTF Publishes updated Handbook

FISTF has published its updated Handbook after much consultation with the Member National Associations.
From now on, the document will remain ‘live’ and official, with progressive changes added and all Members notified, as well as on the website.
It can be accessed on the FISTF website at https://fistf.com/mdocuments-library-2/
The most immediate impact is that the transfer period now covers the period July 1 through to September 30. This is because we have combined the ‘Transfer Period’ and the ‘Extended Transfer Period’ from the previous Handbook into one.
