Distinct component models are figures, handles and/or rods with a external dimensional difference from those detailed in the original, full goalkeeper application. Variants are the different options available for a given model that only differ in internal geometry and/or material composition. For example: a goalkeeper figure that comes in steel or bronze, without a difference in dimensions between these figures, would be counted as one model (a single "type") with two variants. However, if both of these figures are available in a rubber coated option that increases the thickness of the figure, these would be considered two separate component types/models with two variants each.
Purely cosmetic options that do not alter any geometry (colour, paint and/or decals) will not be considered distinct models or variants, and do not need to be detailed below. Another example of a variant would be two handles made of the same material that only differ in the angle at which they intersect the rod. These two handles would be considered a single type with two variants, as the only difference between the handles is the internal (not external) geometry. All variants will be required to be shipped and inspected at that stage in the process.
Please list all additional goalkeeper component models and variants being submitted for inspection. Up to five distinct component models of any combination of figures, rods and/or handles can be submitted, with an unlimited amount of variants. Any existing variants of the standard figure, rod and/or handle models must also be listed. A name may also be given to the standard model of the figure, rod, or handle so that each model can be distinguished on the FISTF List of Conforming Equipment (otherwise it will be listed as "standard figure/rod/handle"). If a manufacturer wishes to submit more than five components, they may fill out this form more than once. However, they will be charged for an additional application towards the fee schedule in this case.
Figures must include: Height of the goalkeeper figure, Thickness of the goalkeeper figure, Width of the small side of the goalkeeper figure, Width of the large side of the goalkeeper figure
Rods must include: Length of the rod, Width of the rod
Handles must include: Length of the handle
