Preamble

Vote for new Statutes/Constitution 2020

This first vote of 2020 FISTF Congress will be held on Monday, 23. November for 5 days.
The Vote will be done according to existing Statutes 2013 simple majority and the FISTF F-IVP  (Internet voting poll installed in Dec. 2017).

If a simple majority (50,01%) is not reached, then the FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2020 edition are rejected. (not carried).

Is this the case, then a revision of the Statutes is necessary.

Those MNAs voted against, must reveal there concerns and suggest a proposal text in written.
Part 3 of the Congress will then be postponed for minimum 8-12 weeks, until a Statutes 2020 edition is accepted by MNAs with a second vote.  (Possible end of February or March 2021).
Attention: December in-between and might increase the delay.

If a 50,01% majority is reached, then the FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2020 are confirmed (carried).

All Board postions (old, co-opted and new ones) have now their legal installment confirmed.
The FISTF Statutes/Constitution 2020 are immediately and effectively installed.
All further resolutions and decisions (voting) will be validated according to the confirmed FISTF Statutes 2020.
These Statutes will be registered in France with authorities as soon as possible with possible adaptions.
FISTF will then proceed according to the new Statutes/Constitution 2020.
