Dimopoulos retains top 5 World Ranking with win in Larisa IO

The International.Open of Larisa ended with Dimitrious Dimopoulos (Proteas Athens/GRE) claiming a 2-1 win against Philippos Papidakis (Scarlett Battalion/GRE).
The win kept him in the FISTF World Ranking top 5 as number 4.
A total of 45 players contested the Open event, with 12 in the Veterans, six in the U12 and 15 teams.
Host Crimson Horses took the team event, beating Larissa TFC 2-1.

In the Under 12 event, Christos Filippou beat Thanasis Kotrotsos 1-0 on shots.
Semifinalists were Pitsari Alexandra and Laurakis Marios.
In the Veterans, Andrianos Dervis took the final, beating Christos Aggelinas with a golden goal in extra time,
SamiFinalists were Konstantakos Panagiotis and Kourabas Dimitris.
In the Open category, Dimopoulos beat Sarantis Papidakis 2-0 in their semifinal, while Papidiakis beat Ektoras Bartzis 3-1.
